A TRUE PASSION FOR CHRISTMAS PUDDINGS.

At Matthew Walker we have a passion for Christmas Puddings. For us the pudding is the highlight of Christmas Dinner and captures all the season’s warmth and happiness. Without a great Pudding Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas.

Today, many of the ingredients and recipes used can be traced back to those pioneered by Matthew Walker.

We only use the finest ingredients, and search the world to find them from Turkey (Sultanas) to Indonesia (Nutmeg).

We then carefully sort by hand all the fruit to remove unwanted stems and stones.

The ingredients are lightly mixed, filled into basins, steamed in the traditional manner and then allowed to cool slowly.

By using traditional ingredients and traditional cooking methods we ensure that our puddings have an open texture, delicious flavours and a great taste.
